Rahway International Film Festival, a Big Dreams and Silver Screens production, is a nonprofit festival run by a team of dedicated volunteers and is made possible exclusively through donations from individuals and local businesses. Our volunteers give countless hours of time to make Rahway International Film Festival possible. Most are film-lovers or filmmakers themselves and are passionate about sharing the world of film with others.

As a women-led film festival in a primarily male-dominated industry, we are dedicated to showcasing an equal ratio of films by female and male filmmakers in a leading role (Director/Writer/Producer), in keeping with our mission statement of presenting films that promote equality, awareness, & open-mindedness. 

GINA MARIE RODRIGUEZ

Founder & Festival Director

​Gina Marie Rodriguez is the Founder and Executive Director of the Rahway International Film Festival. She hold a B.A in Theater Arts from Rutgers University with a background in acting, writing, and directing. She has produced a number of her own short films and has most recently been awarded the "Best Female Filmmaker" Award at the 2017 Cosmic Film Festival.

STACY IGNACIO

Assistant Festival Director

Stacy Ignacio is the Assistant Festival Director of the Rahway International Film Festival. She is primarily in charge of marketing, website design & management, and is a member of the programming committee. She is an alum of Rutgers University & currently works in the online marketing industry in NYC.

BRIAN BORJA

Graphic Designer

Brian Borja designs concepts and artwork for the Rahway International Film Festival. He currently works as a successful industrial and graphic designer.
